  • Martin Joyal, young and dynamic contractor, takes over the company ALIMENT RAPIDE founded in 1985. Called RAPID SNACK, it becomes « The Marshmallow Square Specialist »
2003
  • Turnover is multiplied by seven in less than three years
  • Settlement of quality standards and certification (Process and international standards HACCP)
  • We launch the first marshmallow squares without any gelatine
2004
  • The company expands in order to satisfy customers’ demand
2005
  • Strategic decision for Rapid Snack : the plant becomes « Nut and Peanut free »
2006
  • The range widens with delicious new cereal bars with fruits and Omega-3, available in two different tastes : "Apple Cinnamon" and "Date Apricots"
  • Rapid Snack is elected by Wal-Mart Canada as supplier of the month!
